We begin this Saturday, May 25th with an easy 3 miles at the newest Pace Yourself Run Company location in Wendell. We train from a different location every Saturday so that we can accommodate runners no matter where they live in the Triangle. Our next 3 runs are always posted on our website.

Runners helping runners! Amazing volunteers from Raleigh Galloway at Water Station #3. Since cars can't get to this point, we run, bike, walk or crawl 2.4 miles into Umstead. Thanks to park Rangers we don't have to carry in the supplies.

540 Fest Saturday, Jun 22, 2024

Another epic weekend for our program. The term "Chasing Stars" refers to the Abbott World Marathon Majors. Last Sunday Galloway alum, Kechia Brown, completed her Sixth Star and earned the coveted Six Star Medal. CONGRATULATIONS KECHIA!!!

What a day for Raleigh Galloway. Rob and Gerald completed the Boston Marathon. Rob finished what John Jeffreys started by completed John's 50th state in his memory whole being supported by Hardin. Finishing Boston earned Gerald his 5th of 6 stars in the Abbott World Marathon Majors. Only Tokyo remains. Meanwhile in LA, Patrick Reagan completed Day 1 of the Riverboat Marathon Series. This was Patrick's 44th state. Only 6 more states to go.

Well done. Your program is proud of you!.

Great job today! Hills are just speedwork in disguise. Next time we run from this location it will be hotter and we'll run the flatter route.

Some of you long time Alumni will remember Rob Hambrick. Sadly, I learned today of his passing. I traveled with Rob to the 26.2 with Donna to Finish Breast Cancer. He also through hiked the entire Appalachian Trail. R.I.P. Rob.

Raleigh Galloway many will remember Rob Hambrick who ran with us several years ago. He also hiked the Appalachian Trail. Rob passed away earlier this month. Rest in Peace Rob.

When a Raleigh Galloway member was once featured in Runners World. We have stars among us. Congrats Berkley Hudson of the Incredibles!
