Yesterday we did our first wedding catering and it was an ABSOLUTE BLAST. serving up some fresh pasta for over 350 people was an experience to remember. DM us for wedding caterings!!

You can never go wrong with a classic Fettuccine Alfredo! Creamy, rich, but leaves out the food coma after 😂

Looking for a light pasta? This is the item for you. A nice butter and white wine sauce with our mushroom ragu and fresh herbs to really bring out the flavors. You can also add protein to it as well to give it an extra meaty kick!

Nothing better on a gloomy rainy day than piping hot meatballs. It’s a great side for a late afternoon snack or a pairing for your pasta!

Colder weather means more room for spice. Our Capellini pasta has our house Fresno oil and Fresno slices for that extra KICK.

One of the ingredients we love to use is Anise Fennel. A nice bulb of crunchy goodness. You’ll find these in our salads and in our Fusilli Pasta. Fennel is perfect eaten raw or braised in a nice marinade to extract its root flavors!
