You all have been asking for this for YEARS and we just were not in a place to do it where it wouldn’t affect our current operations. But with our new HQ, our fleet of refrigerated vehicles, and an all star team that is ready to dominate; we are so excited to take this next step. ✨

The life blood to all our communities is small business - and I have to truly thank those that are participating in our initial launch this week. Especially and The support that they have shown us and the amount I want to show them has been so overwhelming. These are businesses that are either currently killing it, or starting out and about to kill it 🔥 Businesses that support other businesses is what it’s all about.

Meet Izzy, our powerhouse at My Healthy Penguin 👋

5 years ago, she joined us, stepping into a new chapter while pregnant with her second kiddo. Since then, Izzy has become the heartbeat of our plating operations, and become such a symbol of strength and commitment to our mission.

Her journey is nothing short of inspirational. From navigating motherhood, to conquering our company 75 Hard challenge, Izzy has prioritized health and fitness into her daily life. Every day, she brings that same passion and resilience to our team, setting the bar high and inspiring us all. She also LOVES her protein snacks 😂

Times are tough - we feel it too.

But there IS power in our hands - in our minds.

Soooo I turned 41 today 🙈💫

So much has changed from when I was 31 - I was a stay at home mom questioning my purpose, wanting something more. Today, I spent it at work, watching my team come up with new menu items for this meal prep business for next year 😂 A LOT can change in 10 years.

I’m feeling so lucky and thankful ❤️ and looking forward to dinner with my family. It means the world to have all your support for this business and I don’t take it for granted. 31 year old me could never have imagined the woman I would become. Hears to another year around the sun 🌞🥂

Although I couldn’t bring all 27 MHP team members with me last night, I was beyond grateful to still be able to share this amazing win as Top Female Entrepreneur of 2023 with my management team - Sous Chef Loryn, Ops Manager Izzy, and Driver Manager Chad (shout out to my administrative assistant Jackie, missed you!)

Last night was a blast, but it isn’t just about me, it’s about every single person who works at My Healthy Penguin. So here’s to them, a big shoutout and heartfelt THANK YOU to the MHP team! I am a reflection of your belief in me.
