Happy Juneteenth! Today we honor Juneteenth, a day commemorating the emancipation of enslaved African Americans in the United States. As we celebrate freedom, let us reflect on our history, educate ourselves, and continue the fight for equality and justice for all. Together, we can build a future grounded in understanding, respect, and unity.

Our staff had the honor of participating in the “Keep the Promise” community rally. This rally aimed to unite everyone concerning the delay in rate increases from the Governor for service providers, individuals served, family members, and community members. The turnout was amazing, showcasing the strong support and solidarity within our community.

John's team of 16 golfers achieved an impressive second-place! Additionally, our team earned the honor of retaining a special award for another year, which will be proudly displayed in the In-Roads Creative Programs, Inc corporate office. We are incredibly proud of our outstanding 16-man golf team. Thank you to all the team members for their hard work and dedication. This year, we were delighted to welcome good friends Daisy and her husband Chris, who participated in his first tournament.

On February 13th, 2024, the In-Roads Creative Inc staff organized a Graduation Brunch for the graduates of IRC's ASL Classes. We were deeply honored to have been entrusted with hosting this brunch for the graduates. I am incredibly proud of the efforts put forth by the In-Roads staff. Together, we ensured that it was a memorable event for all attendees.

Join us in recognizing March 21st as World Down Syndrome Day! Let’s spread awareness about Down syndrome.

On Saturday February 24th, the wonderful staff of In-Roads and IRC put on a huge event our Colton Day Program.

Abe’s Pet Place brought many animals for children and adults who are deaf and heaf and hard of hearing. IRC comes up with the best ideas. All who attended got to learn about different types of animals, got to hold and pet many of animals that were there. All the children and adults went on a scavenger hunt to find the animals that were hid. The afternoon was topped off by a wonderful lunch and raffles. All who attended went home with a stuffed animal, gift card from In-Roads, IRC gift bag, raffle prize and a gold fish.

The staff of In-Roads,under the direction of Karen, turned the Colton Day Program into a tropical jungle. All the decorating made the program look like they were in a tropical jungle , including huge stuffed animals.

A huge thank you to the staff of for allowing us to be a part of this event. It was so wonderful to see so many children and adults have so much fun.

A sincere thank you to everyone who joined us at our Christmas party! The evening was filled with a delightful dinner, engaging games, capturing memories with Santa, raffles, and more. It was an absolute blast, and your presence made it even more special. 🎄🎉

Today, the In-Roads golf team participated in a fundraiser for Aiden's Army. 100% of what was raised goes to support individuals with autism.

You guessed it, the theme was Western. In Roads was proud to assist this wonderful event. All the consumers enjoyed line dancing class, refreshments and being with their friends. Inland Regional Center you did it again and you did it great. Thank you for making so many consumers very happy.

In-Roads was proudly represented by our staff at the Inland Regional Center Fall Festival event, held at the Riverside Convention Center. This gathering drew thousands of attendees. A special shoutout to Karen Van Zitteren for her outstanding work in arranging the setup and coordinating the costumes worn by our staff. Well done, team!

Last week, the In-Roads golf team made a significant contribution to the Dignity Group, raising a substantial amount of money.

Guided by our team captain, John Maggio, their efforts were met with great success. They secured the first-place position and John was honored with the closest to the pin award. Additionally, in the playoff between two vendor teams, In-Roads emerged victorious. This trophy will proudly grace the In-Roads office for an entire year. Congratulations to our outstanding team!

First place champions at the 14th Annual Joann & James Jennings Memorial Golf Tournament! We truly appreciation our extraordinary golf team!

Another great year participating in the Another Way Golf Tournament in Rancho Mirage. Our 16-man team won another beautiful First Place trophy. Thank you to all the golfers who represented us, what a great group of gentlemen.
