@nphs_inc has applied for a grant from the Wellness Fund to support our affordable housing efforts, head over to @uplift_sb and vote for us! Introducing the Hillside Infill Development Project. Neighborhood Partnership Housing Services, Inc. (NPHS) is partnering with the City of San Bernardino to transform three distressed vacant lots into beautiful homeownership opportunities for low-income families. The homes will be located at 1356, 1384, and 1394 Hillside Dr., San Bernardino, CA 92404. The homes will be factory-built, constructed with Eco-friendly materials built to Wildfire and Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) requirements, Energy Star rated, Electrical Vehicle (EV) Ready, and will include solar panels. Each eco-friendly factory-built home will be 1,493 square feet and include 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All low-income homebuyers will participate in NPHS’ comprehensive homebuyer education and counseling program which includes financial capability training. In addition, each homebuyer will receive down payment assistance. NPHS’ community approach: Affordable housing is done in a way that is inclusive and equitable, ensuring that opportunities are available to a diverse range of individuals and families, regardless of income level or background. This helps create a more inclusive and vibrant community for everyone. Please vote for the Hillside Development and help make three families’ homeownership dream become a reality.
