This March is Women's History Month and is a time to celebrate the accomplishments and contributions of women throughout history. However, it is also an opportunity to reflect on the challenges and barriers that women have faced and continue to face today. One of the most pressing issues for women today, particularly those who are low-income or marginalized, is access to affordable housing.

This month is a reminder that we must work to address current disparities and ensure that all women have access to safe and affordable housing. This includes advocating and also providing programs and services that support affordable housing. By recognizing and understanding these present issues, NPHS can help create a more equitable and just society where all women and marginalized communities have the opportunity to thrive.

In celebration of Black History Month, NPHS is honoring the contributions and achievements of Black Americans throughout history. From artists and inventors to activists and leaders, Black individuals have made an immeasurable impact on our society.

NPHS has partnered with California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA) to administer their ADU Grant Program. NPHS is specializing in assisting low-income families from the Inland Empire to access factory-built ADUs. The ADU Grant provides up to $40,000 to reimburse pre-development and non-reoccurring closing costs associated with the construction of the ADU. Learn more below.
