REAL ESTATE 101: How to Choose the Right Offer
You’ve probably heard that most homes are getting multiple offers right now and that bidding wars are commonplace.
If you’re a seller, this is exactly what you want. But like anything, getting multiple offers comes with some downsides.
Like how are you supposed to choose the right offer when there are so many?!
So first off, always take a step back. Getting offers on your house is exciting, and it’s so easy to get swept up in the emotions and just choose the biggest offer.
But this is not a time for emotions. This is the time to be analytical and business savvy.
You’ll want to look at the whole picture from each offer. What kind of contingencies are they asking for? If the biggest bid comes with a ton of contingencies, you may be better off choosing a slightly smaller offer with fewer contingencies.
Your real estate agent will help you through each step of the process. They’ll break down the offers and help you analyze and understand the pros and cons of each one so you can make the best choice.

Real estate is an amazing way to earn passive income. (aka making money while you relax at the beach!)
Here’s some of my favorite ways to earn passive income from real estate.
1. Buy and rent out a rental unit. Use a property management company for truly passive income!
2. Buy a vacation rental. Same thing here–you can hire out all the hard work.
3. Buy and hold land and sell years later. This one requires a bit of patience and forward thinking, but it’s about as passive as you can get!
4. Buy and lease out commercial space for businesses. This is a good one because business leases are usually for multiple years, which means less admin work.

If you’ve been paying any attention at all to real estate in the last couple of years, you know that home values have been increasing. And sometimes by a LOT.
Even if you received an estimate a year ago, it’s definitely worth seeing how much your home is worth now.
It only takes about a couple of minutes and it’s 100% free!
And who knows, you might be pleasantly surprised by how much you can get from

This is one of the hardest ones I’ve shared. Would you rather have a house with a fancy walk in closet or a relaxing spa bathroom?
I'll be honest, our next home will have both. We are even talking about converting a bedroom for enough closet space.
Let me know what you’d choose in the comments and let’s see which one wins!
Everyone has a different reason for selling their house. And everyone’s situation is totally unique!
And that unique situation is why you need a great real estate agent by your side.
Your agent will walk you through the more complicated parts of selling your house and will be there to offer support through every step of the way. With their experience and knowledge, you’ll be able to get that house sold!
Whether you’re downsizing or relocating or planning for retirement or selling for a reason not on this list, I have information specifically for your needs.
Just send me a DM, and let’s talk about your selling situation.
My clients put a lot of trust in me. That trust means the world to me, and I take my commitment to you very seriously.
Here’s what I promise each and every one of my clients:
I’ll always put your best interests first and make sure you understand everything you sign.
I’ll give you the advice and guidance you need to make the best decisions for you.
I’ll always be there for you and communicate with you and the other parties.
I’ll always be cheering you on throughout the whole process.
I know jumping into real estate can feel nerve-wracking and overwhelming. But with a great real estate agent you can trust on your side, the process will be so much easier and less stressful.

If you’re selling your home, you’ve probably heard the terms “CMA” and “comp” thrown around. But what do they actually mean and why does it matter?
CMA is short for comparative market analysis. This is what a real estate agent will do to price out your home! They’ll put together a report that looks at similar properties in your area (AKA comps) and what they sold for.
They’ll compare the comps to your house and use their knowledge of the market to find the value of your home.
Then, using the CMA, your real estate agent will set the perfect price for your home that will attract the perfect buyers and get you top dollar.
A CMA is critical to pricing your home correctly and getting the most money out of it.
That’s why most people who try to sell their homes by themselves end up pricing it wrong and losing out on cash.
So want to get a CMA for your house and see what it’s value is? Just send me a DM and let’s get started!
Getting a professional to stage your home can help you sell faster and for more money! But you need to make sure that you hire the right stager for your home.
Ask your network and your agent for referrals. Then, when you have a list of potential stagers, set up a quick call and ask them these 5 questions to find the best stager for you!

This is probably the most accurate definition of a relator I’ve ever seen!
Because showing houses is actually just one part of my job.
So much more of my time is spent coaching my clients through what they really want, what they really need, and what they need to do to get there.
At this point, I feel like I might even be able to qualify as a therapist.

You can also set up a meeting with me whenever it is convenient for you. Comment "READY" to get started!
Did you know that the higher your credit score is, the lower your interest rate will be?
That can mean saving thousands of dollars over the course of your loan—which you definitely want!
A good credit score signals that you’re trustworthy and make your payments on time. Lenders love to see this because it means that you’re less of a risk than someone with a low credit score.
In return for having a high credit score, lenders will give you a lower interest rate since you are more likely to repay the mortgage.
Improving your credit score before buying is so important for this reason—you don’t want to pay any more to the bank than you have to, right?
So pay your bills on time and keep those credit utilizations low to boost your credit score!
