**ROAD CONSTRUCTION NOTICE**

Due to upcoming road construction, Knecht Lumber and Distribution will be implementing a new traffic pattern to enter and exit their location. They will be open normal hours! Please see the attached map that shows the new entrance and exit, as well as directions from I-90 and Highway 79.

For our final post for ESOP Month, we asked Pam Haus from Mead Lumber of Red Lodge about the difference being an employee-owner makes in her decisions. And also how she empowers her crew to take a team-focused approach.

For week two of ESOP month, our locations were challenged to host an "Easy Eats" meal for their staff. The team at Knecht Lumber & Distribution, a Mead Lumber Company, in Rapid City, SD invited all our Rapid City locations to have a hearty breakfast of biscuits 'n gravy, eggs, and sausage.

Full bellies and great conversation meant a great start to the workday.

We kicked off celebrating Month this week with activities at all our locations. That includes fun ESOP-related trivia! We've got lots planned for the rest of the month and hope that you'll follow along.
