As October winds down, we're celebrating the incredible work physical therapists do to help people move better, feel stronger and live pain free! Our Physical Therapists here at Hansen Physical Therapy are caring and knowledgeable and we are so thankful for all that they do for our patients and our community!

Physical Therapy as a whole has changed throughout the years since it's origin. Whether it be in the growth and changes of treatment techniques and research, to the growth of the required education from a Bachelors to what is now a Doctorate. In celebration of National Physical Therapy Month, Hansen Physical Therapy would like to share a brief history into how physical therapy has evolved to what it is today as well as where our staff received their start in their careers. Hansen Physical Therapy had the pleasure of attending the Black Hills Works 24 Karat Gold Gala this past Friday night. We were honored to support an amazing organization that cares for both our local and surrounding community members. Our attending staff had a great time hearing stories about the honorees and their families.

Some of the Hansen Physical Therapy crew were able to get together for the 19th Annual Chile Pepper Festival at Jolly Lane Greenhouse this past weekend. Our very own physical therapist Brandon Sime, DPT was busy at work at the chili festival.
