Before and after. Removed all hedges and filled in with topsoil, fertilized and seeded.

Started removing a bunch of hedges and will be cleaning up and leveling the yard before fertilizer and new grass seed. Will also be redoing all the garden beds and mulching.

Full time this year so I added another mower. Back to Spartan mowers again. First one gave me zero issues for 3 seasons. Hoping for the same with this one.
