SOUP HIGHLIGHT!!

Ever been at a wedding or Italian restaurant and chicken Marsala is on the menu? Well I always order it when I see it. As most know I like to turn my favorite foods into soups. I think I hit this one outta the park. Mushroom, green onions, and garlic simmered in Marsala wine and butter is where the flavor comes from. Add some chicken stock and roasted chicken to the pot along with some egg noodles and you’ve got chicken Marsala soup! Come out to Shillington Farmers Market or Boscov's Fairgrounds Farmers Market and try some!!

14 years ago this weekend my (at the time) fiancé and I had a lil hope and a dream to make something for ourselves and be our own bosses. In that 14 years we got married, bought the house that soup built, had 3 amazing children, opened 2 locations, sold a million pints of soup, and sold a million pieces of quiche. We’ve made countless amounts of friends in our farmers markets that we hold very dear to our hearts. Serving the community our soup has been a great joy of our lives. We couldn’t have done it without our loyal customers and the love and support of our families. Happy 14th anniversary to us!! 🎉🎊
