Old world wood-fired brick oven pizza. Clean, honest food cooked the Old World way in our hand built brick ovens. We make our own fresh mozzarella daily.

We believe in ancient methods of cooking that have been vital to living in the Mediterranean Basin for centuries.We focus on healthy eating. We cook everything in our hand made brick ovens. We make our sauce from fire roasted whole fresh tomatoes. We use only extra virgin olive oil. We use organic foods from local farms when possible. We try our best to verify and use non GMO foods.

Our 'Verdura Lucoli' (roasted broccoli, roasted eggplant and tahini sauce). Enjoying it at home before we open today. I add a handful of pickled jalapeños which are delish on most items.

p.s. Lucoli will be closed this Sunday while we do an international chef event and fundraiser.
