**About Us:**
At Moule’s California Glass, Inc., we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional glass products and services to our customers. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service, and we are currently seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Customer Service Representative to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Respond to customer emails promptly and efficiently.
- Utilize Google Workspace apps (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) for daily tasks and record-keeping.
- Maintain an organized and clean front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Responsive and able to handle customer inquiries promptly.
