🌿 Wild Yam Cream 🌿

Use Nature’s Oasis Co.’s creamy, perfected, Wild Yam Cream to get hormones regulated for both men and women. Wild yam has been used for centuries to balance hormones and the benefits are endless! It helps regulate both testosterone and estrogen and even progesterone levels. Helps with menopause symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, moodiness, etc. It can also help regulate menstrual cycle and help with menstrual symptoms such as cramping and bloating! Can also help to increase lost s*x drive 😉

Ingredients- organic chaste tree berries, dried wild yam root, non-GMO avocado oil, organic wild yam extract, organic high strength vitamin E oil and candelilla wax.

Where to apply? Apply to neck, chest, forearms, thighs, or abdomen. Alternate where you apply every time. Always test small area first if you have more sensitive skin.

Dosage for Women- Begin using cream on day 7 of your cycle with day 1 being the first day of your menstrual cycle. Use 1/4 of a teaspoon AM and PM. On days 21-28 use 1/2 teaspoon AM and PM. Take a break on days 29 to day 6, giving yourself a 7 day break. If you have irregular menstrual cycles, always schedule 1 week off of cream.

Dosage for Men- Use 1/4-1/2 teaspoon once daily.

Use within 3 months.
