Whether it’s virtual or in person, every Thursday I’ll be available for any skin/skincare questions, consultations, scheduling, and treatment plan coordinating 😍 I’m so excited! It’s a special day, and for me, it’s one of those days that continues to show me just how possible it is to hold space for loving, living, and grieving all at the same time. The capacity of our hearts never ceases to amaze me.

1. dry brush: before showing, gently brush skin (no pressure) to soften follicles and remove dead skin

2. silk scrub: apply scrub and let it sit for 3-5 minutes before rubbing, in circular, motions into skin

3. fur oil: apply fur oil to treated areas to replenish moisture and nourish hair follicles

SPF, on. Always. ✨ We’ve been prepping for Spring and are highlighting some of our most popular sunscreens in the shop right now. For my clients, Lira’s SPF 30 Tinted and Rhonda Allison’s E-Zinc Protection Cream are consistently top picks!

I get asked a lot why our moisturizers don’t have SPF in them. Sunscreens that are formulated individually give us more freedom and accuracy when it comes to building customized regimens. And for most, it’s more practical because it allows us to listen to our skin, and layer our skincare day to day, accordingly.

It all comes down to properly nourished and protected skin- and the products that help us achieve and maintain a healthy moisture barrier will look a little different for everyone, sunscreen included!
