Conscious ​Grief & ​Conscious Joy.

Conscious Grief & Conscious Joy came to me as a 4-week series after I discovered grief held in my body. I created a ritual and listened to my intuition for guidance on how to consciously grieve. This was profound & deeply healing. From there, I understood the importance of connecting to grief and joy. I discovered that both want to be felt consciously & both have gifts to share.

During this 4-week series, I will support you in finding unfelt grief in your body & mind. Using Reiki, meditation, and creative exercises, we will invite grief & give it a voice. We will give it movement & expression through art, tears, and sounds. This will be done partially in our online gatherings ​& partially in your own time between classes.

There will be plenty of time for sharing​ & Q&A.

​For those who want to go deeper, there will be optional homework assignments between classes. These will include information on creating your own rituals for honoring grief and joy, as well as suggestions on journaling & processing throughout the 4-weeks.

As many of you know, I am a Reiki Master and the founder of Reiki Training Institute. I have been offering Reiki for over 25 years. I am also a certified hypnotherapist and RTT therapist. What some of you don't know is my involvement and interest in education regarding death and dying. In 1997, I volunteered at an Aids Hospice offering Reiki to end-of-life patients. The profound sacredness of death struck me, and I was deeply moved by the patients I met there. I went on to take the VA Hospitals Twilight Brigade Training and became a hospice volunteer there in 2012. The more time I spent with people close to death and dying, the more I wanted to learn, not only for myself but to be able to support others. I became a certified Death Doula and Death Midwife with Olivia Bareham at the Sacred Crossings Institute https://sacredcrossings.com/ in 2013.

I always feel deeply honored to be with someone in their last days, and I am so happy that this documentary was made and is available for us all to share. After 2nd Degree Reiki Training, you will have the ability to channel Reiki energy even more deeply. A sacred attunement is performed by the Reiki Master to activate three sacred symbols; with these symbols, you will be able to increase the power of the Reiki flow, assist with emotional clearing, and facilitate distance healing. Distance healing allows Reiki to be sent to people in other locations and is remarkably helpful with healing past traumas. Healing at this level moves beyond the physical plane and opens the student to healing in all dimensions. The effects experienced after the 2nd Degree Reiki Training reach beyond formal practice and start to influence everyday life. As the student opens, Love is experienced more readily on all levels.

Reiki Master Training
Reiki Master Training is for the dedicated Reiki practitioner. After this training, you will be able to teach all degrees of Reiki training. Becoming a Reiki Master is a great honor and an ongoing humbling experience as the true depth of Reiki is revealed. On a spiritual level, you are saying YES to becoming an advanced healer.
Date: December through to January 2024.
