We, the Vietnam people, ought to realize to the heart of the United States policy that it is always bringing up for more wars in which take place in the world. Especially, few of the undeveloped nations look like Asia as like Vietnam, Kampuchea, Lao and so on. They are controlled by the United States of America since it has been shaking hands with the China or Russia in order to destroy many weak countries in the world.
For example, if the United States could not allow the China that it has seized to the Vietnam Islands, so the China could never dare control the Islands of Vietnam. In fact, after agreement in 1973, the United States was returning to Middle-East let it make rain and wind after nearly the forty years have been done over there, And then, it is returning to Asia in order to provoke war again. Because the forty years have been done, the United States could never say about the code of interests of the United States in the East Sea or so-called the free navigation of the heart of the United States because the United States has given this free navigation to the China controlling there.
And then, the war of the United States will be stopped by its change policy, it returns to the Asia in order to provoke with few of nations that they are weak countries. In those times the Kissinger who has been making for a driven with the shuttle, he has always mobilizing for the China that could keep with the heart of the United States policy in order to shake the interests to each others. In contrast, the total people of three countries of Asia are less than the homeless Americans, but the United States could not win this war when the United States is to have modern weapons than communism. Obviously, the Kissinger and the American strategists wish to take the body of human beings of the Asia in order to test its modern weapons when they open their months call for Human Rights. The war power of the United States has taken place in Asia, the untrue heart of the United States was openly revealed by the Kissinger strategist because the Kissinger has taken the twenty millions of the South Vietnam, the one million of South soldiers and the three hundreds of Southern officers let him play war game. He and his American strategists have never had considered to the Body of the Vietnamese people and their friendships since the South soldiers have been protected for the heart of the United States policy. In the end, the Kissinger and his American strategists barbarous betrayed their friendships. So the immorality of the Kissinger and the American strategists have self openly to the worldwide realizing for the United States of America.
In conclusion, if the United States would love peace than war, it could never have sold off the South Vietnam to communism. But it is warlike more than the peace, it wants more wars than peace. If the conducts of the United States are high more than misconduct, it will not betray its alliance of the South Vietnam since the American Congress has approved this wars, but it has thought about the Vietnamese people who are stupid than their wisdom, and then, it has been deceived for the stupid of the Vietnamese leaders because the Vietnamese leaders are greed fame than the independent people patriots because they always sell their nation and people to the foreign nations. Ironically, when North Korea has declared the war with the United States, it wants to fight with the United States, so the Kissinger and the American strategists are quiet. In fact, no one has given a birth child and nourished them to mature let the United States using them service for the war power of the United States, but the United States has the laws of hiring soldiers for the war, it has never compensate for injury of the war as like the Vietnam War. Obviously, so many of the disable veterans of the south Soldiers were betrayed by the heart of the United States Policy. In contrast, Iraq has invaded to a small nation as like Kuwait, it was beaten by the United States. When the Putin is invading to Ukraine that it is small then Russia , the Putin will not be threaten any war by the United States. If the Putin is weak and small to look like Iraq, the Putin could be invaded by the United States. The yard of playing wars is equal to each others when the super nations have been hiring for the paid soldiers in order to service wars, so the super nations ought to compensate for the injuries of the wars because "A bad beginning makes a good ending."
