Todays work brought me to Silver Springs for a well inspection.
This vacant lot had a water well and it’s last inspection was from 1987. To protect my client I got a well inspection to ensure water was not dried up !

Had the pleasure of working with a buyer on this one! In this market buyers are going as high as 10-12% over list price in certain price points. We had to go this route on this charming home. After reviewing comparable properties we offered way over asking and still had our appraisal come in over our offer price giving the buyer instant equity ! Something very hard to do in this market!
