The next economic recession won't impact Nevada, experts say

EDAWN just released their November monthly report which had some really interesting articles in it. Specifically they discussed housing prices locally and how they might be affected in a recession environment.

I try to critically evaluate these articles since they are always a matter of opinion but as boots on the ground being a landlord/flipper/realtor, I have to say I agree with the overall sentiment that with such robust growth, I don't see core housing being at risk for a lot value loss volatility in the next few years.
