- Greater energy efficiency than concrete slab foundations (less heat loss through ground contact) which keeps the home warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer and lowers utility costs.

- Can be built on sloping ground. This is important because we carefully grade our lots for the best home drainage which adds to the foundation's stability and the longevity of the entire home.

- Future repairs (if needed such as "plumbing repairs") are much easier to perform saving time and money.

- And it's easier on your knees and more comfortable to walk on.
