The front yard landscaping is handled by the Landlord and parking is directly in front of the unit on the street.

Less than 4 minutes away from Downtown Reno and just across the river from Idlewild Park. Water, sewer and trash are INCLUDED in the rent. We would like to pay our respects to the co-founder of the River West Resort, Manfred Galgon. Manfred passed away on October 1st, after an amazing and successful 84 years surrounded by his loved ones. He was a loving father, devoted husband, successful businessman, and a true friend. We are truly blessed to have known such an extraordinary man.

Our heart goes out to everyone whose lives he touched. Those who mourn him will remember the happy times, the numerous little anecdotes and vignettes they share with Manfred. In regard to his loss, he would tell everyone to "get over it and do the best that they are capable of doing." Rest in peace, Manfred. 🤍
