Reno Tahoe Limo is seeking an IN-OFFICE candidate to join our Office Team as a Dispatch/Reservationist. This position has room for growth.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with:
LimoAnywhere or similar limo CMS
Front or similar team shared inbox email application
Slack and Zipwhip or similar internal and external communication applications
RingCentral or similar VOIP application
Samsara or similar GPS application
Able to run all basic computer programs, including Chrome and Excel. Must be able to type at an above-average rate.
Answer inquiries via phone and email regarding all aspects of Dispatch & Reservations, to both customer and driver.
Input reservations.
Assign reservations to drivers.
Handle a dispatch board.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment of emails and phones, have a mastery of communication, and work well in a team environment.
The perfect candidate has experience with phone sales and customer service in the hospitality and tourism industries or has been in ground transportation operations previously.
Will perform other duties and responsibilities, pertaining to Dispatch & Reservations, as required, or requested.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
3 years minimum experience transporting passengers.
A Nevada CDL license with Passenger Endorsement
Clean 5-year DMV record
Must pass an initial drug and alcohol screening, as well as random drug and alcohol screenings
Clean, well-groomed, responsible, and reliable.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays, as well as either late nights or early mornings
WHAT WE OFFER:

It is with great sadness that we have to let our team and clients know of the passing of one of of our own - David Hargrove - we received this heartbreaking news last night- he passed peacefully Thursday morning. David was part of our RTL family for many years, he went above and beyond for our company - we are shocked and saddened. We asked his family to let us know of memorial arrangements and if we can assist in any way.

Reno Tahoe Limo is looking for someone to handle billing, charges, and payroll, the perfect candidate will be well-versed in Limo Anywhere software and the ADP payroll system.
