Community Sound Healing Gatherings✨🪘🤲 Put on by three of SoulSpa’s very own practitioners: Jamie, Jaline, and Teya.

What is sound healing?
As you might have experienced in our fabulous Signature Deluxe services, sound healing uses the vibrations from sacred instruments (such as crystal bowls, drums, and bells) to move energy throughout the body to heal body, mind and spirit.
Benefits include emotional and physical release, clearing blocked energy, relieving depression and anxiety, and aiding in deeper, more restorative sleep!

Our SoulSpa style sound baths are not just any old sound healing…
these intimate group events start off with a guided meditation to set intentions, open our hearts, and connect with ourselves and our community. Throughout the experience we give hands-on reiki energy healing and aromatherapy to give an extra special healing journey to every individual ✨💜

Our first sound healing event will take place on Monday February 26th and we’ll be celebrating the love, connection, and grounding we can bring into our community in this love-filled month!
Stayed tuned for our future forecast of sound bath journey that will be happening every other week!!
