Yesterday morning started off by taking Brookie, my youngest, to her last day of high school and on the way to our final trip to Starbucks. She asked me to drive her to school today which will be my last K-12 drop off after thousands of trips. These drives were always so special to us. While she was at school her big sissy, Taylor and I decorated her room in Oregon merch and surprised her.

So, I would like to officially announce that our sweet Brookie will be attending the University of Oregon in the fall to study education. My next drive to school will be Eugene!!

Manogue was such an amazing and challenging school that was so genuine and accepting.

I am beyond proud of Brookie for closing one chapter and opening another! I love you so much! GO DUCKS 🦆 💛

We got to celebrate our girl Taylor last weekend and her soon to be baby boy! It was so great for her work fam to meet her real fam at their baby shower. Congratulations Taylor and Oscar!

Here with our client ProtoFAB, INC., walking them through our PsychoGeometrics® (also known as SHAPES) workshop! Karyn Jensen, MS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP recently became certified as a facilitator of this program.

PsychoGeometrics® was created in 1978 as a communication system using five shapes that represents five communication styles.

Participants leave the workshop knowing what their primary communication style is and that of their coworkers. This allows people to learn to ‘flex’ how they communicate with each other and thereby allowing communication to flow more effectively and productively. So many "AH HA" moments!
