Welcome to the Sacred Roots Vinyasa Teacher Training, where we invite you to take your yoga practice to the next level. Our experienced instructors, Kelly Aguilera (EYT500) and Keri Huddleston (ERYT-200), bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise from their respective lineages to guide you through this vinyasa-centered training.

Our 200-hour level teacher training is unique in that it covers the roots, bones, and heart of the practice, allowing you to develop a well-rounded understanding of yoga and its transformative power. Our mistress of yin is leading a 25 hour training in April! Learn skeletal variation, unique anatomy tests and the poses and modifications of yin yoga. This training is helpful to any yoga teacher or student who wants to learn more about their unique body. Kelly has a decade of yin experience and training with , the architects of this practice!

Congrats are in order for these new Reiki 1 practitioners 👏🏻 thank you for your attention, time and mostly your desire to heal yourself! The world needs more folk like you 🙌🏻 Reiki 2 is being held March 16 for any and all reiki one certified people who would like to join.

Kelly returns with her Reiki 1 and 2 classes this late winter. Learn a new tool to calm your nervous system, incorporate into your meditation or yoga practice and use on others. This will be the only time these workshops will be offered publicly in 2024!

Field trip! Today we traveled to Paradaiso, and it was as the name implied, just perfect! We played in the water and enjoyed some lovely libations. On the way home we stopped to see a live volcano and when we stopped to get gas just vibed to the tunes. It was such a great day!

Today our group grew from 2-4-6-8 and we are complete! We begin our programming tomorrow but that didn’t stop us from exploring today. We are so excited to see how our week unfolds with our adventure crew! .experiences

Our last batch of finals were challenging, flowy and *juicy*. It’s always a pleasure to see what each student chooses to showcase in their hour to shine. Congrats , Sarah and .amezcuaa, we are so proud of you!

We are gonna borrow from one our students today to admire the SUPER BLOOM of all our students. From where they started to what was shown today, there was an incredible amount of growth, work and beauty. Congrats Dove, and , we are so proud of you!

Day 2 of finals and it’s safe to say our hearts are EXPLODING over here. We could have sworn we stepped into a public yoga class instead of a yoga training final. These ladies were professional, well prepared and knocked out out of the park. Congrats .frederick and , we are so proud of you!

Finals weekend started off with two amazingly awesome finals led by .lawrences and . We’ve never had the anatomy dance thrown into a final, but now thanks to Kyle- that is checked off our list! Each of these students brought their authentic energy to their final and we appreciate that so much! Congrats Kyle and Haley, we are so proud of you!
