Sound healings with .jen 🔮
This restorative sound healing offers a container for deep rejuvenation, energetic alignment and a place to release that which is no longer serving you. It will begin with a channeled reading and intention setting, followed by getting cozy in a restorative yoga pose that supports your intentions.
Jen will use vocal toning (auditory vibration of pure love) and a full 432hz crystal singing bowl set to facilitate this healing session.

Arm balance workshop with .yogi ✨
New to arm balances? Awesome! We’ll start off with the basics - strength training, positioning, etc.
Have a funky variation you’ve been wanting to try? Bring it!
This is an all levels workshop. We’ll start with the basics, and you can stay and work on whatever level you’re comfortable with. But there will also be lots of room to advance and play with transitions.
Bring an open mind and be ready to play!

Urban Lotus Project will be hosting 7th Birthday on June 18, 2022 at 8AM at the South Valley's Regional Field (Mt Rose Pavilion) - We will honor the Summer Solstice with 108 Sun Salutations (don't worry, we have training yoga instructors who will show you how to do this in an accessible manner.) It is a great time for all to come together in support of our youth and adult communities mental health.
