Our amazing partners from CenterWell Senior Primary Care joined us today for Distribution at Hope For The City on Treeline! CARE Chest distributes at more than 40 locations across Nevada each month. We couldn’t do it without great community sponsors and partners like CenterWell Senior Primary Care!

Yesterday was one of our most favorite days of the year- some of our favorite people joined us for lunch and allowed us to spend some time thanking them for their amazing service. Volunteers are an essential part of the CARE Chest family. These folks and many others contributed more than 3,500 hours of service in the last year. Wow! Thank you Silver State ACO for the very generous donation. Some members of the team stopped by CARE Chest Las Vegas for a tour and check presentation yesterday. Because of generous donors like Silver State ACO, we are able to provide nearly 50,000 medical resources to Nevadans in need each year. Together we are Renewing Hope ~ Nurturing Independence 🙌🏻👍🏻

It’s our “birthday!” 34 years ago, CARE Chest was incorporated. Since that time we’ve provided more than 600,000 medical resources to Nevadans in need. Today, instead of reminiscing, we’re thinking about the future and what we will be able to accomplish in the coming 34 years as our new warehouse and drive through near completion! Everything is on track for a late April/ early May finish. Check out the progress!!

In honor of Presidents’ Day, CARE Chest is closed today, February 19. We will open tomorrow at 8:30 am.

🚨Construction update!! 🧱👷🏻‍♀️We’re going vertical on the new warehouse and addition at our North Virginia Street Headquarters in Reno! At this rate, the new drive through windows will be operational by late April, early May! Stay tuned for more!!

CARE Chest's Mobile and Rural Outreach Team travels nearly 2,400 miles monthly to bring our traditional programming into the community, serving more consumers closer to where they live and work. This makes it easier for consumers, who often experience transportation barriers, to access various life-changing services. Consumers may also visit either of our offices (Reno and Las Vegas) Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm to pick up their equipment and supplies.

CARE Chest Outreach Locations - Google My Maps Locations for CARE Chest Outreach are updated regularly. Each of these locations is a distribution site for CARE Chest products. To apply for services in your area, please fill out an application at CAREChest.org or call our office at (755)829-2273, today!

CARE Chest’s Northern Nevada offices will open at 10:30am today, January 12, and distributions in Silver Springs and Fernley have been CANCELLED. We will be in touch with those consumers directly impacted by these cancellations with more information. Drive safely this morning and we will see you at 10:30am.
