Amanda had an idea for a fall biscuit and using the scientific method of F.A.F.O. we have come up with our first seasonal biscuit.
I introduce you to the Québécois. This is our rad as white biscuit topped with Maple Gravy, Bacon, and Brown Sugar. This guy will definitely keep you warm on these brisk fall nights.
This will replace the Appalachia for now and is available starting tonight.

This is the Tom & Chz. This is our Classic White Biscuit with Wisconsin Cheese Curds & Tomato Butter Gravy.
This thing slaps. It's like a grilled cheese & tomato soup had a foursome with biscuits & gravy and this is the result.
Listen, it's late night. We don't judge, all we know is this thing is killer.

I'm not sure why we're showing closed on DoorDash right now. All of my back end stuff shows that we should be open but they closed us and I'm not sure why.

We sold out quick tonight. Quicker than I expected, even if I didn't prepare much being our first night out and not knowing what to expect.
That said, I learned some things, which is why I took a measured approach to begin with. So mission accomplished.
I'm going to hold off until Wednesday to bring us back online. I got some things I got to move around in the kitchen and I'm trying not to muck up my staff too much by adding a bunch of new things all at once.
To those that got some biscuits and gravy tonight it sounds like you really enjoyed them and I appreciate the feedback we received.
Hoping that this is something that we can hold in as high esteem as we do the pizzeria.

We been a bit quiet, sorry for that. The pizzeria has been the focus to get open.
We will launch about a month after opens. We have some fun things in store for your late night habits.
That said, I think this is the batch. These turned out amazing. So light and fluffy.
The biscuits are vegan and we do a vegan white gravy too that is rad as. This gravy isn't, as you can see, but it was tasty.
