There is almost no end to the flavor combinations you can have at Centro with our tapa-style plates. For example, our Roasted Cauliflower with Korean BBQ spiced cauliflower, kimchi hummus, pickled sh*take mushrooms, shaved radish, plus whatever other dishes you pair with it.
