Tomorrow there is a strong POSSIBILITY of an injunction on the WA State magazine ban. If the injunction does go through we WILL have some mags available for sale with more being overnighted. We ask that people please don't call us to ask for availability, as we would like to keep our phone lines open so that we can contact our customer's whose magazines we have been holding on to. Remember, effective 1/1/24 there is now:

1) A non-refundable background check fee for each transaction submitted to Washington State Patrol.
2) A 10 business day wait for ALL fi****ms, frames, receivers, etc and its retroactive.
3) This safety training class certificate (HB1143 compliant).
4) Out of state dealers are required to follow Washington State Laws, that's federal law.
5) Your old 1639 certificate doesn't meet the 1143 requirements.
