Due to a water leak on the church property resulting in no water to the buildings, there will be no service, potluck, or SSJ meeting tomorrow.

Good morning NextStep family! Unfortunately, with the extremely cold temperatures, the pipes on the church property have frozen and things are, well, chilly. We will not be having service together on the property tomorrow morning, January 14th. We encourage you to still spend time tomorrow intentionally focusing your heart and mind on God. Put on a worship playlist, read Scripture, celebrate the goodness of God by enjoy a good meal with family or friends… and stay warm!

We have absolutely loved hosting the Family Area at the Fairwood Market Night the last few months! And we’re so excited to be teaming up with Olive Crest to collect school supplies for foster kids in our community. 📚🖍️ Olive Crest is an incredible organization that provides vital support to foster families, and we are honored to be part of their mission.

We’ll be collecting supplies at our NextStep booth at the Fairwood Market on August 2nd. Join us in making a difference by donating new backpacks, notebooks, pencils, crayons - anything that will help these children thrive academically and emotionally. Together, let's show these resilient young minds that they are valued and supported every step of the way! ✨💪

The beautiful, thick covering of snow we got last night unfortunately took out our power so, because we want you to stay safe and warm, we will not be having service this morning. Instead, we encourage you to make a good cup of coffee, turn on some worship music, and spend some time in God’s word- thanking Him for His goodness and faithfulness!

We're excited to be hosting the first PNA Unity Service of the new year! A chance for our local churches to come together in worship, Scripture, and prayer! Frank Borst will be speaking and there will be dessert and a time of fellowship following the service. Sunday, January 29th, at 6pm.

We're going to kick-off 2023 by looking back at what God has done and celebrating! This Sunday, January 1st, at 10am we are inviting everyone to bring an appetizer or snack to share and come for a special Celebration Sunday! We'll share stories of what our amazing God has done and celebrate who He is... a chance to remind ourselves of our great God as we head into a new year. We want to celebrate all of the things God has done, big and small, so if you have something you would like to share, a story of how God has shown up in your life, please reach out to Pastor Shay.

This week's weather had us a little nervous that this wouldn't happen tonight but thankfully it looks like we'll be just fine so Cozy Christmas Night is happening tonight at 7pm as planned! There’s snow on the ground but the roads are okay and the building will be nice and warm! Come in your pajamas or coziest outfit and join us for popcorn, Dr. Seuss's "How The Grinch Stole Christmas", and a great time together!

Don't forget to change your clocks back tonight... or do and show up at 9am tomorrow for the morning meet-up with Max!
