I joined a Crossfit gym to help me with the Lurong Living Resolution Challenge. Even a trainer needs to be trained and reach their personal goals. I've already added some new techniques to my old school garage gym HIIT HARDER. My goal is to climb the ropes and touch the ceiling! I've never been able to do that not even in grade school.
