this is bittersweet…
but SO EXCITED for where I’m headed.

I love people + human connection.
I have a passion + drive to help others reach goals, heal from the inside out + strive to see others live out a healthy lifestyle so they can live longer + happier lives.
With that being said I have taken the last 10 months to digest + process what that looks like + how I can help others moving forward in life. I spent 12+ yrs in healthcare so this is not new or out of left field for me.
A month ago I started the process to becoming a Level 1 & Level 2 Integrated Health Practitioner. It’s going to be a lengthy process + there is a lot of studying involved so that I can be best educated to help people heal + find the root causes to what may be impaling them by running labs, educate them on their diet, + hopefully help others break away from unnecessary disease.
I want to educate people on eating; the Do’s and Don’ts… I want to educate them on products + healthy supplements NOT the next fad diet or the shakes that everyone may think is healthy but really isn’t helping them at all🫣
THIS is my passion, THIS is what makes my heart tick a little faster.

Are you looking for a way to share your heartfelt appreciation for our veterans? Valentine's Day is just around the corner and WDVA is asking for caring individuals to send Valentine’s Day cards to our veterans living at our skilled care Homes in Chippewa Falls, King, and Union Grove.

“While it may seem like a small gesture, these small acts of kindness can really make a huge difference to those living in our Veterans Homes,” said Diane Lynch, Administrator of the Division of Homes at WDVA. “This is a wonderful opportunity to thank our veterans and their loved ones in our care.”

Please be sure to mail your Valentine’s Day cards to our veterans no later than February 10, so they may arrive in time to be distributed to all our Homes on Tuesday, February 14.
