It’s been too long and we were officially offline mid December, but it’s been such a crazy year for our family. We are forever grateful for all of your support during our three years of our journey. This journey with Hollow & Sage taught me so much about passion and myself; guiding me towards a new path.
This last year we spent some much needed time with our family, we were blessed to do so; but that pulled us away from our duties with the boutique. It shined a light on truer passions for each of us and led to our decision to close Hollow & Sage.

Katina has further continued education in her field, growing her passion to help people heal. She has also spent a great deal of time with her parents and continues to make spending time with her mom her biggest priority.
Zach has opened his own business, his ultimate dream achieved helping athletes and individuals become the best versions of themselves. He offers strength and conditioning classes in person at The Performance Center in Stewartville MN. If you aren’t near him online classes are also available. While we aren’t a small business anymore; now more than ever is a really important time to support your friends, family and local folks who do own small businesses.
Grab lunch at the independent coffee shop in town instead of the Starbucks drive-through. Instead of buying a candle at Target go to your neighbors Etsy and spend just as much for better quality because she’s putting time and love into each one. Spend a little more on flowers from your local flower shop when you want to fill that vase on your table. And instead of heading to Amazon for a trendy outfit you just saw on TikTok head to that boutique in town owned by a mother and daughter who love helping you feel your best with quality pieces.
You don’t always need to spend money to help a small business in big ways, support their pages, by comments, 👍 and even sharing with friends. It’s amazing how far something small like that can do.

This break has shown me how I’d like to spend my time over the next couple of years.
With my grandparents, adventures with my kids and husband; and my family.
This journey has taught me so much about myself and what I’m capable of (with no previous training 😜) what I actually enjoy doing and what my passions are. I’ve grown very close with my mom and that is probably the biggest blessing out of the whole experience. The whole time she was my biggest cheerleader and only wanting my happiness.
I’ve been so grateful for everyone of you who have supported us; by purchasing, watching lives, and liking our content! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; all of that goes a long way to support a small business.
I can’t begin to show you guys gratitude.
