In life, all of us, regardless the amazing life we may think we have, with no exceptions, we go thru s**t. Excuse my language😅. But, don’t you come out triumphantly each and every time?
Let’s think about it. Things happen; a bad day, a divorce, hard day at work quarantining with the kids, a hubby screaming from across the room while he mutes his business call to shut little girls off, a crash on the road, missed an international flight, had a death in the family, kids got hurt, lost a house.
Listen, all it is, is life changing tracks, the bad day gave you so much stress that you seek out yoga and meditation, the divorce made you find the true love of your life, a screaming husband makes you remember how lucky to have someone with such high work ethics, the crash in the way home remind us how lucky we are to be alive and pray for them, the death in the family revealed a new gene problem that can be reversed by changing nutrition to save more lives…… there is always a way to come out of the hole. AND THIS IS NOT THE EXCEPTION.
✅We are never alone, earth is finally getting to breath all together. Let me ask you this: Are you jumping on the wagon or are you not?
✅Are you going to sit still, and waste time worrying and fearing?
✅Are you going to be stronger from all or weaker?
If you wish a recommendation?, Jump in the Wagon of Certainty, that is a way to believe that you are ready for 2020, that you will thrive regardless of the things you can’t control, look for those things to be thankful for and trust your heart and soul to do what your body desires.
