We are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team, including one LADC Supervisor, one LADC, and one ADC-T. In these roles, you will provide substance abuse treatment services to clients and contribute to the development of our staff. These are salaried positions with bonus opportunities and competitive employee benefits. Our program is a newer non-residential SUD program located in Uptown, offering individualized care to clients. We are looking for experienced LADCs, with the Supervisor role requiring supervisory experience, who can work collaboratively with the owner and team. The ideal candidates are comfortable in leadership roles, can supervise other LADCs, and help create a positive culture. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, individual counseling, group therapy, case management, and supervising counselors. Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling or a related field, LADC licensure, and excellent communication skills. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare coverage, paid time off, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment. The compensation package ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 based on licensure and degrees. The work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with no evenings, weekends, or on-call work.
