Teaching Artist at RMS
Choir students at Richfield Middle School enjoyed a special treat in April, thanks to a grant provided by Chorus America. Aimee K. Bryant, a teaching artist and local performer, spent the whole week working with students in unique and fun ways. “We learned about the history of certain genres of music that have been part of resistance movements, and how we can use music today as a tool for change," explained Choir Teacher Eugene Sandel. Thank you to everyone who contributed to make this (adorable) video. The message is loud and clear: THANK YOU to everyone—students, teachers, staff and families—who navigated the challenges that this year brought with grace and kindness. We will see you next year. #CelebrateRPS280
