The 11am Tuesday class will be canceled this week. We'll be back to normal next Tuesday.

We will be open for classes today but will close at 6pm.

We have decided to cancel class tonight due to weather conditions.

Everyone make sure to congratulate Ms. Hyslop on her promotion to 4th degree Black Belt. This is a HUGE accomplishment and we are so very proud of her!

We're working hard to get the space ready. It's taking longer than expected. We're going to work over the weekend and try for Monday. We will keep you posted!

Thing's are moving forward with the new space. We have a lot of work to do before we can open up for classes but we are going to try to be ready for classes by Oct. 1st. I'll keep you posted as get closer.

Good news today folks, We've signed the lease on our new space and are starting the build out. It's at 76th and Lyndale Ave. S. #300 Have a great weekend!!

I visited our new potential space! It looks like it could be a great location for us! It's on Lyndale Avenue at 76th street. I'll keep you posted on our progress.

Edina National Karate Students, Parents, and Families,

After 30 years at Centennial Lakes Plaza , the new ownership group has decided to not renew our lease. Since moving to our temporary space we always knew we would have to find a new home. Per the terms of the agreement we thought we had until January but the new owners of the mall have changed that to August 1. I am saddened by their decision, but excited for the future as my wife Jamey and I pursue a new location in the Edina area. NK has been part of the Edina community for over 30 years now and that will continue.
Unfortunately, making a move like this doesn't happen overnight., I am working on a couple different options for our new home and hope to have something finalized and in motion very soon. In the meantime, we will be closed for the month of August. Those wishing to continue taking live/in-person classes are welcome to attend any National Karate. The closest schools are Bloomington, Eden Prairie, & South Minneapolis and their updated schedules are posted on their location pages at www.nationalkarate.com.
While we all have many great memories of all the great students, black belts and our terrific staff at the Edina NK, I’m really excited to resume classes in our new location. Please look for updates on the Edina page and Mr. Huber will be sending out via the remind app. If you haven’t added remind please ask Mr. Huber to help you get on our mailing list.

Here's the current schedule.

We're going to be sparring Wednesday 6:40 pm (tomorrow) in the adult class.

No sparring on Saturday. We have our belt exam at 10:20 am.

For our new Black Belts. This is current. Look closely at Monday. (No recent change to the schedule.)
