Congratulations to LaCoste Law, on their brand new building. It was a pleasure to work with this amazing group of professionals. Their desire to construct a "legacy building" led many of the choices we made in the design process.

The LaCoste Building Family law attorney Jennifer LaCoste has completed a 15,000-square-foot office building that will serve as a forever home for her Kennewick firm.

These buildings near the Pasco airport are currently under construction. I drove by it a week ago and didn't realize how far along they were. It's coming along nicely.

The cement is getting poured for the new sancuary and fellowship hall at Calvary Chapel Tri-Cities. And this isn't all flat slab either. The crew out there making it happen.

I was standing in the future lobby of LaCoste Law, PLLC this morning. Visiting a construction site can sure put a lot of things into perspective. So much time and effort is put into the ground work. Working with LaCoste Law, and helping them to capture their vision, was fantastic. During the process of design we focussed on three words: Family, Law, and Legacy. By selecting a "family" of united team members to support the project, identifying key architectural elements early on and using specific design "laws" to govern our approach, we established a "legacy" building that (as you will read in this article) will stand as a monument and memory of the woman that made an enduring impression on Ms. LaCoste.

The amount of sketches we put together before finally landing on this concept could probably fill a book. We're really excited to finally see this project breaking ground. Mixed-use development is coming to Kennewick.

Flex Space Business Centers Columbia Basin College has completed a $35 million, student-funded recreation center that provides much needed space for sports, fitness and other activities.

Solgen Power National Headquarters Solgen Power completed a $6.2 million project to create its solar-powered national headquarters at 5715 Bedford St. in Pasco in March.

Chris Baugh has worked on a wide range of design projects including medical and dental facilities, industrial warehouses, laboratories, offices, conferencing centers, municipal services buildings, libraries, city plazas, as well as residential work including single homes, condominiums, apartments, small additions, and large renovations. His excellent skills in communication are evidenced in his ability to work closely with clients to realize their goals and objectives.

Devin Geisler is the principal architect and owner of DKEI and has over 30 years of experience in design, document production, and project management. Devin started DKEI in 2013 after working many years on various government projects throughout the United States and overseas. As our mission statement says, our goal is to create meaningful architecture while working closely with our clients and collaborating with other trades to make every project a lasting success.
