Researchers from the WSU Viticulture Extension are currently conducting sensory analysis on wines made from viticulture field trials. The Wine Science Center's Sensory Laboratory has five evaluation booths and a large prep area where our experts prepare wine samples for analysis.
Since it's a little too early to prune our research vineyards, and we like to take breathers from grant writing, we've found our way into the sensory lab! (Doing sensory analysis on wines made from our viticulture field trials).
