💚Hey local plant lovers! 🌱Let’s have a real talk about our lovely local plant friends. 🌿Even though we live in the desert, we have plenty of plant medicine around us:) ☘️Dr. Noel will share some of her favorites plus more fun today bits about harvesting and medicinal benefits. 🌳

You hear talk of “becoming more self aware” and know that it is likely a good thing, but you may not really understand what it means or how to do it at any given moment. This workshop is intended to help you understand what self awareness actually means, how it connects with mental health, and why it might matter in your day to day experience. Let’s dig a little deeper into this term that is bantered around in our culture and explore what being aware of self really means. Dr. Heidi will explore this topic and provide experiential activities to help you better understand yourself in a way that promotes wellbeing.

Dr. Gettings has a PhD in psychology, and she is a Mental Health Consultant.

Her strategies for care are trauma informed and help to counteract stressors to promote social-emotional development, cultivate hope, and develop organizational practices.
