Next Wednesday, June 28th we are partnering with We Clean Trails for a special Clean the Creek Jigg Water, Ky!! ☀️🐟😎

We'd ❤️ for you to join us @ 2pm at the store to pick up supplies, sign waivers, and head down to Jigg!! 😍

ALL ages are welcome!! Great opportunity for volunteer/service hours!! Water & trash bags are provided. 😍

We Clean Trails Kentucky also has equipment available! Message them to reserve!!😎

Due to expected storms today we are going to RESCHEDULE Clean the Creek!! The new date will be Saturday, July 31st!!!

We are SO excited for Saturday!! 😍

9-11 am- Stop by the store on your way to the creek to pick up trash bags, raffle tickets for some great prizes, and tickets for free hot dogs, chips, and bottled water. 😎

12-2 pm- Nicola Cassetta will be “Pickin on the Porch” and Rick Johnson will be grilling hot dogs!! 🎸🌭

Jigg Water is an iconic spot that continues to be the source of great times and memories!!

It’s also quickly becoming a Madison County tourist destination for those seeking simpler times for a family picnic or afternoon fishing.

As we look forward to an AMAZING spring and summer we want to thank EVERYONE for helping us keep Jigg Water clean and safe, and for being respectful to the land owners.

Huge shout out! We all enjoy the area. Do your part. Hopefully next time we as a community can assist.

Today we took a stand against trash!!! We targeted Jigg Water on Silver Creek which is a well known party area. There were tons of bottles, cans, a lawnmower, half a bicycle, etc.

Local business Dreaming Creek Brewery has partnered with me to start doing semi-annual trash pulls together and I also have some potential Creek Runners in the making who joined in on the action as well. We have discussed having a team together to tackle these creeks systemically and get them cleaned. This is taking time to develop, but today was a huge step in the right direction.

It was awesome how much we were able to accomplish! We all came together and it only took us about 3 hours to pick and sort all of this out for recyclables. I'm super excited to do future pulls so look out for more weekend group cleanups in the near future!
