We have some beef shares available if anyone is interested. We sell it by the 1/4, 1/2, or whole. We just took several off yesterday to get processed so there is still time to pick how you want them cut. All beef processed is at a USDA inspected facility. Local delivery 60 mile radius of Richmond and processing all included in the price. Live weight average of 1206 pounds for this group of Angus/Herford crosses. $575 for a quarter, $1,150 for half and $2,300 for a whole.

Calves coming down once they hear the side by side! And our two dogs loving this weather! Proud beef producers even in this weather!!

Last week we dropped off two more beef to get processed! I look forward to delivering the finished beef to several families in a couple weeks! Live weight over 1250 pounds and Hanging weight on these past two were 764 and 761 pounds!

Another cold night feeding, but thankful to be able to feed our animals and provide for our family and community!!!

Pretty snow on the ground today! The cattle and dogs sure seemed to like it, cats no so much!

Cleaned up some Country hams we cured last winter from some hogs we processed with the Harris family! I had a great helper today getting them cleaned up and in new ham socks!

Got some of our chickens processed today! It is great knowing where your food comes from and how it was treated! We are very happy with how these turned out, a lot of work but worth it!!! We will be processing more in three weeks!!!

While we were fishing today we had some company!! These calves wanted to see what we were catching!!!

Here are some of the meat chickens we have! We raise Red Rangers. They start off in the barn in a brooder then we put them in a chicken tractor and put them out on pasture! We move them each day so they get a new salad bar each day!

Had a great family day on the farm!! We did normal chores but enjoyed time together and even did a little fishing! Mikayla skunked us today and caught a couple bluegill!

Moved Smokey and Sunset to a new pasture today! They are enjoying it!!

Happy Sunday! We wanted to share our Beef Shares list. There are some spots left for our December shares and also some spots open for February shares. If we don’t have something that you want let us know and we will do our best to get you in touch with a local producer that does!

They line up in the morning to get some loving! Not only do we raise beef, but we also have goats and meat chickens! We will be posting soon to reserve spots for our December beef shares!
