Hi friends. I wanted to give everyone a quick update. The dreaded rate increase has finally come to us. We are one of the very last companies to take the increase so I'm very pleased about that.

Things to know:
1) From what I'm seeing the increases have been small in comparison to other companies I've seen.
2) I'm always here to help so let's discuss coverages if you are not happy with your bill.
3) This is an increase directly related to inflation so it will affect us all. The cost of repairs, new cars, used cars, homes, and medical bills have increased exponentially for us in the insurance world. This is not a punishment, just something that has to be done to insure claims are being paid and being paid well.
