A lot's been happening the last two months at MP Kelly!
KY Boats LLC. is beginning to show its final form on I-75 in Madison County, KY . The building has been dried-in and final finishes are underway! Soon you'll be able to shop for your new boat on your way to the lake and store it in their climate controlled warehouse (left side of the building)!
Earthwork is underway in Berea, KY for a distributor in need of outdoor storage. Over the next two weeks 10,325 tons of stone will be placed and compacted across the site (that's roughly 413 tri-axel truck loads!). Berea Tourism & of Berea, KY Government
Office finishes are wrapping up at Summit Polymers new facility in Anderson County, KY & Anderson County Chamber of Commerce. Summit Polymers is actively hiring for many roles here, check them out!

Our team has had the good fortune of working with a variety of businesses this year ranging from Tier 1 & 2 automotive suppliers, entrepreneurs bringing experiential learning to the youngest of Kentuckian's and forward thinking local governments looking to recruit new industry. Many strong vision's and goals all around!
We're thankful for our MP Kelly team, the 40+ subcontractors including over 300 tradesmen that have worked with us on our recent projects and the continued support from greater Central Kentucky! Kentucky's future is bright and MP Kelly loves being a part of it!

The Nature School is taking shape on Tatescreek RD in Lexington!
Late last week, a 300-ton crane was brought in to set roof trusses! There were quite a few interested horses that came to the fence to watch the process.
We're excited for the LaFontaine Early Learning Center to join the Lexington community. The Nature School seeks to provide experiential learning through nature to students.

MP Kelly is excited to partner with the LaFontaine Early Learning Center for the construction of their second Nature School located at 5768 Tates Creek Road in Lexington, KY.
The Nature School will be located on a 10-acre campus surrounded by horse farms. The Nature School seeks to provide experiential learning through nature for students that are 3 to 7 years old.
The Nature School broke ground two weeks ago and is moving towards a Spring 2023 completion. For information on enrollment please reach out to the LaFontaine Early Learning Center.
