For dinner I made beer bratwurst with onions and peppers! On a toasted bun One side Dijon mustard , One side mayonnaise! Topped w/ mozzarella cheese. All I can say is Flavor ! 🤤🤤

Per request today’s top creation was a seafood boil! It’s been so long since someone has requested a boil so I had to show out ! And had so much fun making it. This included Crab X Crawfish X Shrimp X Eggs X Potatoes X Corn smothered with a Cajun butter! Was so delicious if I must say so myself

Per request tonight’s creation is Wiggy’s Chicken soup ! Made with all the garden favorites that will keep you warm, happy and healthy during the changes of Kentucky weather ! I must say this is some of my best work and it’s so pretty. I have the best customers that allow me to be as creative as I can be . This soup includes Chicken breast X Carrots X Celery X Brussel sprouts X Onions and a whole lot of love mixed with soul! 🤣🧡☺️

Picked some tuna steaks up from the store today and paired it with stuffed portobello mushrooms , skewered shrimp and creamy mashed potatoes! I topped everything with a Chardonnay cream sauce that was absolutely delicious! I’m so proud of this meal and myself . First time trying stuffed portobello mushrooms ! I must say they weren’t my favorite but none the less the experience was great !

New muffin recipe ! These are Peanut Butter Banana Nut muffins ! The only thing I like about winter is the food and homemade baking all day everyday.

Today I made Lemon pepper X Garlic Parmesan wings . For sides I made creamed peas and sweet corn smothered in garlic Parmesan sauce .

Steel cut oatmeal with bananas and blueberries for breakfast ! I also added Reese’s PB fit protein powder bc I’m lifting later☺️🏋🏾‍♀️ it’s delicious! Good morning!

Tonight for dinner I made Blackened salmon w/ garlic seafood sauce . Garlic Parmesan Mashed potatoes . White cheddar Parmesan Mac and cheese with Kale greens ! I finally had the time today to create today. So I went ahead and made everything I wanted !

Made cinnamon rolls today in class and I topped mine w/ blueberry bc they’re my favorite berry .

First time making hollandaise , it def was not as easy as I thought . My arm almost fell off 🤣 but it was worth it . So delicious.

Fried Salmon Balls X Mediterranean Salad X Toufayan Pita !

New recipe! I wanted falafel and salmon so I made salmon balls w/ Mediterranean salad on pita . I made a homemade aioli to pair, and it was just as amazing.☺️🙌🏾
