A big key to tricep work is to make sure you get a good stretch and then you push out to a full contraction.  Do not have rotation in your shoulders. 180, almost tried the stack ops.... Thought I’d test my limit for no less than 8 reps which is kinda pointless on such a small muscle. I always found 15-20 reps is most beneficial for the rear delt.
