Operation Take Back, October 25 | Drive by or walk over to the Madison Building plaza near the corner of Governor and Grace streets to drop off unwanted or expired medications. The DEA, Virginia Capitol Police and Virginia State Police, joined by the Office of the Secretary of Public Safety and Homeland Security will be on hand from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to help promote the safe disposal of these medications.

Join the Division of Capitol Police and other state agencies with law enforcement responsibilities on Tuesday, August 1, to celebrate National Night (Day) Out during Food Truck Tuesday. National Night Out is held in communities across America on the first Tuesday of August each year. It brings together law enforcement and communities, like our Capitol Square community. Come learn more about what our law enforcement agencies do, take a ride on the Capitol Police GEM, and more!
