Emotional release of past traumas, let go to move fwd in life, have faith that it’s ok to let go….let go & let in! Enhanced intuition, pay close attention, listen to your soul! Be aware, positive, aligned and present. Energy and intuition is enhanced right now. Looking back on this day, so many years ago, so many lives changed, so many lives lost 🙏🏻 a day where we stood still in disbelief & fear! Our country pulled together, supporting one another, in unity to fight against terrorism, ready to defend our country and each other 🇺🇸🎖️🚒🗽

It's time!

Happy International Woman’s Day touch another woman today by lifting them up, cheering them on, inspiring them or just with a smile!

We all get dirty.

I'm not talking dirt from cooking, cleaning, working. Not a tangible dirt. Nothing you can touch.

I'm talking about the dirt that comes from life. The dirt you collect from being a human. The dirt you collect from your daily in and out, sun up to sun down.

The stress, worry, grief. The feeling you might be doing too much, or not enough. That pressure like southern humidity laying on your chest. The dust that builds over time. The stuff you collect just being YOU.

That dirt sits heavy and builds quick, and you don't even see it. Wet silt on skin can make any shape you want, sharp or round. Left alone it settles and cakes, smothers everything it can. It wipes off onto clean spots until you are covered, head to toe.

But dirt is dirt. It's not permanent. It's a collection; an exhibit of collected experience.

We all get dirty. Sometimes, we can become pigs in that dirt. Roll and wallow. Find a nice comfy spot to lie down and rest. Why not?

Ever had a shower after a hard run?
After digging post holes for 8 hours?
After a double shift with no sleep the night before?

It's bliss. There's never a point where you feel more rejuvenated and relaxed at the same time as when you hop out clean and fresh.

I'm telling you RIGHT NOW, TAKE A SHOWER.

Wash it off. Let it go! Down the drain with it all.

Sometimes you need a shower as a PERSON to refresh and refocus. Wash the collected crap off you've been carrying around for a bit. You never see the dirt but you can always watch it go down the drain when it's leaving.

That shower may be a quiet beer after work, a night with family and friends, a vacation, a nice dinner.

ANYTHING. Whatever it is! Find YOUR shower! Get out of the dirt and freshen yourself up.

Stay fresh my friends. Life is too short to walk around dirty. Wash off the dirt and stop carrying around what you don't need.
