We currently have two power racks, three flat benches, 1 adjustable bench, a power bar and Olympic Weightlifting bar, numerous speciality barbells, steel and bumper plates, chains and bands, a lat pulldown/low row, cable crossover, seated leg extension and leg curl, leg press, airdyne bike, concept 2 rower, two back raises, farmers walk handles, strongman log, sled, war wagon, battle ropes, heavy bag and double end bag, dumbbells, and probably some more stuff I am forgetting. While our training can vary the core base remains the Westside Barbell Conjugate system that we have formulated over the past decade.
